Soft Steam Baths

A further variation on the sauna bath is the soft steam bath. It has a temperature of about 55 degrees celsius, similar to that of the bio-sauna. At the same time the air humidity can be raised by up to 50% by an evaporator.

The bio sauna, with its high air humidity, is not only much softer in general but it is also extremely effective in the treatment of the respiratory airways and tension.
