EQO, the new dousing equipment from Silgmann, ensures the most relaxing and uplifting sauna dousing experience. EQO puts aside the traditional combination of bucket and ladle in the true sense of the words, and applies the water directly onto the hot stones bringing with it new life into every sauna.  

Top-Design: Ergonomic und functional
EQO has been developed by the Austrian Young-Designer Michael Kogelnik, who has paid special attention to the combination of functionality and innovation in the design. He was awarded the prestigious red dot Design Award 2009 for his  top EQO design. EQO is exclusively available at Silgmann.
The special ergonomic form and the position of the handle guarantee a simple and above all secure application. The hand is protected from the increasing hot steam, the special dousing opening regulates the water stream in a highly effective way and facilitates dousing without any annoying overflow or drips.

Light and flexible
The empty weight of EQO has been kept minimal by use of a special processing technology. Using heat-treated wood, it was possible to avoid using the otherwise obligatory plastic containers on the inside. Also intensive variations in temperature maintains the EQO wood keeping it constantly watertight. In addition, EQO is made completely of renewable raw materials and is completely bio-degradable. 
The water content of about a litre is more than enough for the large sauna space and provides an exceptional long lasting sauna experience
