The Perfect Infrared Session
Information on preparing for an infrared session effectively, the things that you should take with you and how a session in an infrared cabin makes you relax in the best possible way can be found in the new Silgmann infrared rules. Simply download here.
1) Preperations
Set aside at least 1 hour so you can really enjoy the pleasant effects of the infrared cabin.
2) In the Infrared Cabin
Spread out you towel and sit in a relaxing position so that the infrared rays can warm your entire body evenly. A session in the infrared cabin should ideally last between 20 and 30 minutes, but during this time rely, above all, on how you feel.
3) Rest
Depending on how you feel, a solarium, a relaxing massage or simply just taking a rest (at least 15 min) is very good for you. Make sure you don’t get cold and remember to drink enough fluids: we recommend fresh fruit juices.
